High quality photographs & marketing on all websites within hours

Accompanied viewings to include highlighting neighbourhood facilities, characteristics etc.

Offer made, holding deposit taken, normally 1-3 weeks rent

Terms agreed / finalised between Landlord & Tenant by Choice realtors

Referencing application forms completed (unless alternative procedure agreed)

Applicant's references passed as acceptable

Contract drawn up

Any works / cleaning etc completed

Inventory compiled by inventory clerk

Contracts signed by both parties & delivered to Choice realtors

Full remaining monies taken including Choice realtors fees

Inventory check-in, contracts exchanged, move in – Congratulate both parties!

Deposit lodged with deposit protection scheme (normally DPS) within 2 weeks & parties
